Breakfast, custom-built. Not a menu choice — your plate is composed against last night’s CGM data and today’s adjusted protocol. You can see the curve flatten in real time on your phone.

Hyperbaric oxygen, sixty minutes. Pressurized chamber, 100% O₂. Pulled through the protocol on the days your inflammation panel calls for it.
